Binding is tight however there is a crack both front and rear. Cover shows heavy signs of wear. This year book was used by what appears to be a mechanic dealing with the heating and plumbing of the surety savings facility. It is pretty much filled in day by day with repairs, notes, things that need fixing down the road. Also pages contain stamps of bank agent.
